Syncing Calenti with Google Calendar, Apple Calendar and your phone
See your Calenti bookings in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or any phone calendar, and let personal events block your booking times.
Calenti can put your bookings into the calendar you already use, and Google Calendar can also block times in Calenti when you are busy.
Two-way sync with Google Calendar
- Open Settings → Integrations → Google Calendar.
- Connect the Google account of each team member.
New bookings then appear in that person's Google Calendar, and anything already in their Google Calendar (a dentist appointment, a day off) blocks those times from online booking.
Any calendar app: subscribe to a feed
In Settings → Integrations → Calendar sync you get a calendar link for the whole shop and one for each team member. Add it to Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, Outlook or any calendar app that supports subscriptions. Instructions are on the same page.
Your phone's contacts
In your profile, under Calendar & contacts sync, you can also put your client list into your phone's contacts, so you see who is calling.
