Setting up a loyalty programme for your salon

Calenti has a full loyalty programme built in, included in every plan. Once it is on, points and discounts are applied automatically at checkout.

1. Turn it on and set the points

Open Loyalty, switch on the programme and choose how many points a client earns per €1 spent. You can let product purchases earn points too.

2. Bonus points (optional)

Give extra points for the things you want more of. Each one is on or off:

• leaving a review,
• booking online,
• booking online and prepaying,
• referring a friend,
• their birthday.

3. Tiers with standing discounts

There are five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and VIP. For each, set the points a client needs over the last 12 months, a standing discount, and a separate birthday discount. A client moves up automatically and gets the discount on every visit.

4. Vouchers

Turn points into money off, for example 200 points = €5. When a client has enough points, the voucher appears at checkout, ready to use.

Where you see it

Each client's card shows their points and loyalty tier, and vouchers appear at checkout when they have enough points.
