How clients book online 24/7 without an account
Clients book from your Calenti page at any hour with only their name, surname and phone number. No account, password or app.
With Calenti, clients book an appointment from your booking page at any time of day, from any phone or computer. They do not create an account, choose a password or download an app.
What the client does
- Opens your booking page, for example your-shop.calenti.cy.
- Picks a service, and a team member if they want a specific person.
- Picks a day and one of the free times. Only times that really fit the service are shown.
- Enters their name, surname and phone number, and confirms.
They get a confirmation straight away, and an SMS reminder the day before.
What you see
The booking appears in your calendar immediately, on every device where the dashboard is open, and you can get a sound alert for each new booking.
Keeping control
In Settings → Booking Rules you choose:
- how much notice you need before a booking (from 30 minutes to 24 hours),
- whether you confirm each booking yourself before it is final,
- whether new clients confirm their phone number with an SMS code,
- until when clients may cancel or reschedule online.
