Automatic SMS appointment reminders

Calenti sends every client an SMS reminder the day before their appointment. You do not have to do anything once it is set up.

When reminders are sent

Reminders go out the day before the appointment at the hour you choose in Settings → Booking Rules (Cyprus time, 18:00 unless you change it). A client who books today for tomorrow is not reminded, because they have only just booked.

What the reminder says

The reminder names your shop, the service and the time. If you allow it, it also includes a link to reschedule or cancel. See letting clients cancel or reschedule.

How many are included

Every plan includes SMS reminders each month: 200 on Solo, 400 on Team and 1,000 on Scale. Your balance is on the SMS page. If you run out, buy an SMS bundle from the same page; bundles do not expire at the end of the month.

Other messages you can send

• A booking confirmation when the client books.
• A request for a Google review after the appointment.
• A message when a waitlisted time becomes free.
• A reminder to rebook when a regular client is due back.
• Promotions to a group of clients, from the SMS page or from Segments.
