How much does Calenti cost?
Calenti starts at €19.50 a month with every feature included, a 14-day free trial and no commission on bookings.
Calenti has three plans. Every plan includes every feature; they differ only in the number of staff, locations and SMS reminders included each month.
Plans
- Solo, €19.50 a month: 1 staff member, 200 SMS reminders a month.
- Team, €38.95 a month: up to 3 staff members, 400 SMS reminders a month.
- Scale, €78.95 a month: up to 10 staff members and several locations, 1,000 SMS reminders a month.
Paying yearly costs less: €210.00, €390.00 and €810.00 a year.
What is included
Everything: online booking, your own booking page and domain, the calendar, SMS reminders, client history, loyalty, the till, invoices, stock, reports and online prepayment. Features we add in the future are included too, in every plan.
What costs extra
Only SMS bundles, if you send more messages than your plan includes in a month. You buy them from the SMS page in your dashboard, when you need them.
There is no commission on bookings, no fee per new client and no setup fee.
Free trial
You get 14 days free with no card. You choose a plan when the trial ends, and you can move between plans at any time from Settings → Plan & Billing.
